The AI can recognize and extract high-quality, clearly written block handwriting. However, its accuracy with cursive or messy handwriting can be limited. We recommend using it primarily for typed or printed text for the most reliable results.

Yes! Our Team Plan is designed for businesses and groups. It includes:
- Multiple Seats: Manage all your users under one account.
- Shared Page Usage Pool: All team members draw pages from a single, large monthly quota.
- Unified Billing: Receive one simple invoice for your entire team.
- Zero-Retention Data Policy: An enhanced privacy feature that deletes files immediately after processing.

Team members share a single usage pool. For example, if your team plan includes 9,000 pages and 3 users, the entire team draws from that single 9,000-page pool. This is more flexible and efficient than providing a separate, smaller quota for each individual user.

It's simple:
- For a PDF file, one page equals one page. A 10-page PDF uses 10 pages from your quota.
- For an image file (like a PNG or JPG), one image equals one page.

To give you complete control over your spending with no surprise bills, we use a prepaid Top-Up Credit system instead of automatic overage charges.

- How it Works: If you're running low on your monthly pages, you can buy a pack of Top-Up Credits (e.g., for $10, $25, $50). These credits are used for any pages processed after your monthly plan quota is exhausted.
- Long-Lasting: Your Top-Up Credits don't expire at the end of the month. They are valid for a full 12 months from the date of purchase.
- For the Free Plan: Processing stops when you reach your 50-page limit. Your quota will renew the next month, or you can upgrade to a paid plan to keep working.

Yes, absolutely. Our proration is based on your actual page usage, not time, ensuring you only pay for what you use.

- Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the change is immediate. We'll calculate a prorated credit based on the value of the unused pages from your old plan and apply it to your new plan's cost.
- Downgrades & Cancellations: When you downgrade or cancel your subscription, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can use your current plan's benefits until that date.
- Adjusting Seats (Team Plans): You can add or remove seats from your Team Plan at any time. When you add a seat, we’ll calculate a prorated charge for the new seat based on your team's current page usage in the billing cycle. When you remove a seat, the change will take effect at the next renewal to prevent service interruptions.
